Unreal Tourny & new drivers

Running on a Celeron 400 o/c to 500, 96MB RAM & G400, at 1024x768x32 all detail high I get an extra 7 frames per second (37 -> 44)

with medium detail (world + actors) I only see a 3FPS increase

Weird - but welcome
