Quake 3 and G400

Those that are running Q3 successfully what driver are you using? I've run the test and the demo perfectly with no problems but the final crashes on me after a few minutes just like Quake 2. Did Q3 get rushed out the door to compete with UT? I have not had one crash or problem with UT. UT has run almost flawlessly for me with only a few very minor graphic glitches. It's very frustrating to buy a new game and have it not work.
