NHL 2000 problems fixed!

I posted this same topic on Dec. 9 but I didn't read the replies until now so I decided to post a new topic. Any ways, thanks to 'billko' and 'Strider' for their comments (much appreciated). I couldn't get NHL 2000 to work but realized it wasn't my system or my G400. It turned out that I had my Windows swap set at 100MB and when I changed that to let Windows manage it, NHL 2000 worked! So it anyone is having this problem of getting booted back to the desktop when trying to launch a game, check the size of the swap file to make sure it is large enough. (This also fixed the problem of the Jane's USAF demo not loading)

Glad to hear that you got it going! I don't know if people have looked at the swap file as a source of problems. I would be interested to know how large the swap file needs to be to get everything running (my swap file is of the permanent type, but never game me problems).
