Q3 very dark under NT 4

Q3 is very dark under NT 4.0 & Millenium g200. I have the 4.34 drivers but there is no control panel for brightness.... Anyone know how to adjust the brightness in the
game?

In the console type

\r_gamma 1

only replace the nuber with your desired gamma, 1 is default.
