Quake 2 numbers using the new TurboGL. Are these good?

hehe i just ran q2 crusher demo and look at my scores with the k6 turbogl

800x600 30.1fps
1024x768 29.8
1280x960 29.3
1600x1200 22.0 KICK ASS!!!

Not bad huh love that 1600x1200 score hehe

I had a K6-2 450Mhz and kept on waiting for the TurboGL to be compatible.
I got fetup with waiting and got myself an Athlon 500 @ 750.

Although I couldn't test out the TGL with my K6-2 450, i would have expected the frame rate to be a bit higher then that.

All i gotta say is ditch that 450 and get even just an Athlon 500 non-overclocked. You will notice a HUGE difference in frame rate.

With TGL I currently get around 95 fps @ 800x600 in quake3 demo2 high quality, 16 bit colours, and a few needless things disabled.

The K6-2 just can't keep up with the demands of the hungry for CPU power G400
