G400 Tailored Quake 2 autoexec.cfg ????

Does anyone have a good speed autoexec.cfg for Quake 2 for the G400? I tried to make one using tweak3ds creator but when i ran the benches I actually lost speed. Anyone?

I've posted my Q2 and HL configs dozens of times. They are out there.

But I optimize for best possible graphics, not speed.

jedi - you are obsessed with fps....just enjoy the games for a change

actually im not, i just wanted it to look better really, mine without a autoexec looks very very very dark even with brightness turned all the way up
