I think this has nothing to do with the drivers. I think the game defaults to a 60 Hz refresh rate in W2K. There is an in-game command, entered at the the console, that allows you to specify a refresh rate.

Sorry. I can't remember the command, and I can't find it anywhere. I do, however, believe a solution is available, and, hopefully, someone will chime in with the command.
