  • MS Combat Flight Sim & G200

Has anyone played Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator on a G200 (16M SD)?

If I turn on hardware acceleration I get a solid white square in the target crosshairs and occasional triangle artifacts. Depending on the texture level settings I have no ground textures.

If I turn off hardware acceleration, everything works just much slower.

    Any ideas?

    Dean,

I know this won't help much, but I did play Flight Simulator quite a bit awhile ago on my trusty ol' G200, 8 MB. It looked and played great at 1024 X 768 at 32 bit color. Don't remember what driver version I was using.

I can't get proper textures and performance even in 640x480/16 with hardware acceleration enabled.

I have other games that work fine but this one acts up. I wonder if it's a Microsoft thing
