  • Matrox does not uphold it's end of contract

This is a small nitpik, so don't anyone make it out bigger than what I am saying. I bought a Matrox G400 Marvel a few months ago and am satisified with it, happy, etc. The software bundle came with a game (Wild Metal Country) supposedly with all the features like Bump Mapping. There is supposed to be a PAtch for it to enable the features. On the Matrox web site for at least 4 months it say the patch is coming. Well 4 months later, no patch in site (sight). I think someone is either dragging their feet or planning on Renegging. I would settle if they would just send another game in it's place with the same capabilities and features. The game came bundled on the install disc so you are stuck with. Anyone have any other experiences/thoughts on promised games, capabilites. How did you resolve the issue? It really is not even worth the energy, but it was supposed to be delivered as part of the package. Oh well, at least the card is great. IMHO

Last time I checked, Matrox made hardware.
    They do not code games.
Whine at the authors of WMC. They're the ones not turning out the patch.
