UT doesn't run after patching to 204
Well I finally got UT to run again and narrowed the problem down to the patch screwing up stuff. When I goto lanuch UT the splash screen comes up and then I hear the CD spool up and nothing else happens...when I hit alt-ctrl-delete I don't see UT running in the backround at all. Its pretty fustrating and I had a hell of a time trying to get it to run again after this happened the first time (i.e. uninstall, clean regestry etc). I tried to start it in safemode and still no luck.
