GlideWrapper +G400

Has anyone tried using a glide wrapper with a G400 for glide native games like UT and NFS/HS?
I have just downloaded xgl200 0.04a and would like to hear from anyone who has had experience (good or bad) with this wrapper.

Scott Cutler (author of XGL) is currently writing on UT support ...


I used his wrapper back in the days where I had my MystiqueG200 running and it was quite allright.

I think it's just a matter of time until there's full glide support on non glide machines.

Is this glide wrapper a emulator for glide games???

yup ... it translates Glide calls either into D3D or OpenGL, depends on which wrapper you use.

The xgl is a quality wrapper,officially it only has G200 support but it works just fine with your G400...
