I have a AMD k6-2 400 with 114MB RAM, 4.3GB hard drive, Matrox G400 £"MB RAM Dual Head, VIA MPV3 motherboard, Win98(SE).
However I have just read through previous questions and I am going to install the latest VIA drivers for my motherboard. It may work.
Thanks
Scott

yup ... first the 4in1 drivers ...
Also you should install those in 'normal' mode not in 'turbo' .. helps getting stable AGP2x (afaik)
then use the uninstaller and try PD5.41.
if you still have probs you should run the uninstaller again and use PD5.30 until the next release is out ...
there are some known issues with certain SS7 boards which are supposed to be ironed out in the next release.

VIA specifically state that the 4in1 driver is not needed for Windows98 SE. After trying it myself for an experiment, it screwed up my system nicely.
Just try installing the GART.vxd patch (new version is 3.59) after your video card's driver has been installed. You may need the Busmaster patch too, but try the vxd first.
