  • Haig + Flack Cannon = Crazed Fragmeister!

    Haig,
I realy just posted this to ask you to reset the UT server to look at time_limit. It is waiting for 100 frags to change maps and with only three people on it makes a map last a looooong time!

That might be a good idea. Leave the frags at 100, but lower the time limit a little.

Some of those large maps can turn a game into more "search" than "destroy" when those of you on the East Coast (US) go to bed and leave us West Coasters a little short-handed.

By the way, I figured a good way to rack up the frag count on Haig -- hang out near the Flak cannon ammo and sure enough he'll be stopping by for a visit!

Yes, it needs to be reset with a lower frag limit. When is best time to play on the UT server? Being Friday night I though there would be more than 3 people playing.

      Good game cjolly

Rightnow, it's set for 30 minutes or 100 frags.

I'll lower the timelimit to 15 minutes on Monday.

I wish UT supported more than 16 players though. Had a LAN going on saturday and was sad not being able to have everybody in on the game at the same time.

Although let me tell ya, my poor machine was REALLY choking. Hope they fix it soon cause I can host 32 player Q3A games on this same machine and not even feel it.
