Quake3 benchmark
How do you run benchmark for Quake3? Also for Unreal tournament?

In Quake 3, at the main menu, do the following:
Bring down the console (with the ~ key)
Enter the following commands:
timedemo 1
demo demo001
After the demo is finished running, bring down the console again and you will get your score.
