Overclocking Survey

Can the overclockers out there post what program you are using to overclock and what settings you are using ( at a stable level)

I would like to start overclocking my G400Max if possible... It's 7 months old now and I was wondering if I could get a little extra speed out of it...

I am using the Matrox tweak utility w/ a setting of 113.6% on my Max. Which roughly equals 170/227 core/mem speed! Anything more & I see little white dots in various games.

I use the Matrox tweak utility on my 16mb sh g400.I o/c 115% with perfect results,at 120% I get a few purple dots on any media player and at 125% I get disruptions in my games.

I've got a vanilla G400 32 DH, and I use the Matrox Tweak Utility at 120%, but I also have a huge fan pointed at the card.

As always, with overclocking your results will vary.

I'm using the Matrox overclock utility set to 107%. Anything over that and random white pixels start appearing in Q3, even if very rarely.

It is a G400 MAX manufactured in Ireland.

I didn't try overclocking the other G400, as it hasn't got a fan.

I use the MGATweak tool

300 PLL Clock

150 Core / 2.0 div
200 Memory / 1.5 div
150 Warp / 2.0 div

I run my vanilla at 174/217. the memclock can go to 225 but without a fan the core can´t reach the corresponding speed of 180mhz. but with the fan on it reaches >182mhz
