E-mail Eidos Interactive and tell them "In your next TR release please use a graphical engine that is not 2 years old and just plain sucks"

    How about it?

Hehe, I do it. You are right, TR1,TR2,TR3,TR4 engine sucks. Voodoo2 drivers have mipmapping and it really works in TR4, but with performance lost.

      bye

you can enable it by running the TR 4 setup program again. I can't really tell a difference though, so you aren't missing much.

          mipmapping
this feature is unsupported by TR4 Setup program.
For my Voodoo2 card I enable it in Voodoo2 advanced properties tab.

It's emboss bump mapping as done by "any" graphics card, not the proper environamentally mapped bump mapping as done by Matrox.
