Do I have to seperately DL the turbo GL drivers and ............
And then add them to the 5.41 drivers,or are they already included in the 5.41???

Depends on what kind of processor you have, if you have a P3 or Athlon, PD5.41 has the first version of TGL which works fine, but if you have a P2,K6-2,K6-3, then you will have to DL the latest TGL separately. In any case, the latest TGL DL supports all the processors, and more games than the first one, so I would DL it and use it.
