i have powerdesk 5.41, and i had the same trouble as the rest of you in getting turbgl to work.(it would quit me to the desktop with wierd colors) However, when I tried it today with clicking before the ID logo pounded it's way onto my screen, it worked. try that, hopefully that will fix all of your problems

I don't have the full game...just the demo. But can't you just unzip the .Pk3 file with winzip and take out that ID logo? I haven't tried it yet since I am at work but mabye one of you guys could try it.

Holy, who would of thought. It actually worked!!
When I first read this post about ‘clicking’ to get Q3 with TurboGL to work, I thought.. no way, that would be just too easy…. But it worked!!
I’ve got PowerDesk ver. 5.41.008 and TurboBL 5.30.7.3 And as the Jangie says, just start clicking away at the left mouse button before the ID logo and it works..
