Quake2 autoexec.cfg settings?

Hi,

Can anyone send me their Quake2 settings? I've scoured the web and have come across some conflicting advice as to what is best, and I haven't seen anything specific for the G400MAX. If at alll possible, can someone show me their settings for "best" quality and "fastest" speed? Thanx.

it is very well explained and gives details
about a possible speed in-/decrease.
