  • Halflife is running strange in D3D

When I go to play TFC in D3D.....the colors
are all inverted and it will not display properly...........I have two tiny views of the game at the top of the screen and the bottom half is black????

I have the drivers properly installed (5.41) and a very stable system otherwise,if you really need some specs I will give them, but I think you may not need them.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Also corners and edges or walls look factured when I am up close to them and turn quick........this is in both D3D and openGL.

    (yes D3D was working fine)

Use the TurboGL. Works great for me.
The pessimist says: "The glass is half empty."
The optimist says: "The glass is half full."
The engineer says: "I put half of my water in a redundant glass."

Run the game in openGL as the engine is based around it the built in D3d wrapper is slow, and fails to show off halflife too its full potential.

What halflife patch are you running ?
