There's no reason to expect it would. Both the directory structure and registry are completely different in W2K. I'd recommend not running intrusive Windows 98-based software in W2K unless you know it supports the OS.
None of the major video boards appear to have an uninstaller. This, again, is handled through the OS, and I suspect it is a requirement for Microsoft Certification.
