Video drivers and HL crashing on exit with OpenGl

Does anyone know which, if any, video driver will allow me to run HL in OpenGL without locking up the computer when I exit HL?

I'm running a G200 with Windoze 98 (not SE) on an Epox MVP3G5 and K6-2 450@550. I'm using the new 4in1 VIA drivers, and PDesk 5.41 with the 5.30 PDesk.

Same thing happens to me w/ my G400 MAX and 5.5, 5.41. Havent found a way to fix it. but it doesnt bug me, since i only play HL at LAN parties and ussaly need the time it takes to restart to take a break.

If you run the 5.30 drivers (not some hacked up mixture) and TurboGL you should not have that problem...

Back from school, I installed the 5.3 drivers. I can get it to run in regular OGL but not TurboGL. Good thing it doesnt crash on exit. Bad thing, Got really bad FPS Any one have any idea on why I cant use TurboGL? Everytime I install and go to play HL, it will get to the Loading Screen and in about 3 seconds half-life just closes with no errors or anything. Till then Ill stick with the latest Beta drivers even though I do crash on exit
