rally2k demo problems

Hey guys, when i downloaded the rally2k demo last night, there was NO setup file, and when i double click on the .EXE file it gives me a 'please insert cd' error.....im on 56k and it took me 7 hrs to download this(?!)please someone give me a hand, i dont know if it was zipped incorrectly or what, but it doesnt seem to want to work, thanks for any help.
