Don't know, but at least yuo should configure your system to expand the desktop over to the 2nd screen and don't use the clone mode ...

In a desperate attempt you could browse the installation path and hunt for .cfg or .ini files and have a look into those.

hunsow, i think you are right...from what i read about dualhead in win2k, NT sees the G400 Dualhead as 1 video input, and assumes that you only have one video card, i am positive (i think) that there will be no problems in win98/win95/win98se

Well, wouldn't the specs of how to run this game, with what PC configs be on the box somewhere?? Or in the manual??

I wonder if people ever read the box or the manual, or the relevant readme.txt files (what are they for?? to neglect?)....

Well, I just had to go out on my lunch hour and buy this one. The stock boy at Best Buy said he just put it on the shelves yesterday afternoon. I'll be loading it on my machine at home after work

          To answer Jorden's Question...
          On the box it says:
"Required for both Accelerated and Emulated 3d Modes":
-US English Language Windows 95/98 operating system.

Farther down the list, it says:
          "Supported Chipsets for Windows 95/98**":
(list of cards including G200 and G400)
**Some, but not all of the cards cards with the chipsets listed above have been tested on Win2k. For Win2k 3D support, please refer to your hardware mfg. for 100% Win2k DX7 compliant D3D drivers.

Sounds to me like Win9x is the target OS, and they are not promising Win2k operation...

I think you need Windows98 to do that.

Well, it took a while, but I got it going on Win98.
At first, I installed it, and it refused to run. The menus worked, the intro played, but when trying to load a mission it would crash to the desktop without displaying any error. Uninstalled/re-installed the game, tried all sorts of video and sound settings (both system and in-game). Nothing would make the game work.
Then I uninstalled it, switched DualHead off, re-installed it, works fine now. Turned DualHead Multi-monitor back on, chose Dual monitors in the game options. Bango. ST:Armada on DualHead

from what i read on the matrox's forum, one of the tech support (Leo) claims that they are working on a workaround to implement dualhead to be as same as the ones in w98. we can only hope.

god i hope they have a new driver out soon.. this is driving me crazy.. i check matrox's and murc's site every freaking day hoping for the new driver.. :P
