d3d and matroxG200

help i need help finding the d3d wrapper for quake1

im using matrox g200 8 megs
and i desparatly want the file
ive tried a few links even on here but file missing

The reason all the limks are dead is because that file is obsolete.
The G200 drivers have included a full OpenGL ICD for some time now, and do not need that wrapper...
