how do i get shots on games?

mainly w/ ut? i know i have to press f9 but
how do i view the taken shot? and is it the same w/ other games?

Hey blades. Yes, pressing F9 will do a screen capture. The files will be located in the System folder under the UT directory. The files will be call Shot0000.bmp, Shot0001.bmp etc... And yes, they are standard Windows bitmap files.

Can you connect to the MGI server yet?

is on today? i returned to win98..and still have to patch UT..but i tried today ..and did >open>204.50.135.80 > and still nothing happens..and i manually looked into the servers but i cant seem to see Matrox in there...what is matrox's name? its Matrox??Mgi server right? so it should be in the M dir. list?

i pinged mgigameserver.matrox.com 3 times results are bad

498ms
417ms
480ms
lost

i get "lost" on every test and ping averages on 500ms..ill try it again when im not d/l .. maybe ill get better results..ill post it again

I don't think that the MGI game server is listed so you won't find it in any server listings.

If your having problems pinging the server it probably stands to reason why you can't connect with UT. If you are on a modem and downloading files while pinging your results will be poorer.
