Thanks for ranking me anywhere even near Dr. Carnage (aka. xippo), Dimitri. That is a real honor. I've beaten him once or twice in the times we've played together, but I think most of those were luck on my part combined with lag on his (even then, he was knockin' on the door score-wise).
Anyhow, I'll try to be in tonight, probably around 7:30 - 8PM ET (6:30 - 7PM CT, 5:30 - 6PM MT, 4:30 - 5PM PT [for you specifically Dimitri, hehe]). Sorry about not using the internet time suggestion, binary, but I can't get to that site.
Also, for those who don't know, I play under several alias'. If you ever see Snake-Eyes, Azash, *FragClub*Azash, [LMC]BugsB, or Ace[MU], then most likely, whichever you see is me. To be honest, when playing outside my clan, I'm most likely using Snake-Eyes right now.
Anyhow, I hope to see you guys in the server soon, and that I have a good ping (this is really strange- good pings some times, TERRIBLE pings at others).

Cool!!! Then at some point tonight lets find a empty server that's set for 16-20 and all log on as the same color. Once we get on others will show up.
That was what we did for Q2 and half life. As soon as others see that many on the server they will join the game.
I like blue the best cause it's better camoflage for hiding in the shadows...Haig used that tactic very successfully before the "cow" thing

Give yourself some credit Ace, your a good player. We have had some good matches. There are alot of other good players like Durango, Zwich?(where are you), Rocketbait and Thundchez (and more). So many of you have improved drastically since I've started playing @ MGI. Also I'm starting to see quite a few players outside the MGI server like snake-eyes, blades, even oboy! It's great playing with you all on the MGI server because you guys are fun! The hammer matches are crazy.
CyberTek and I tried getting on the MGI server yesterday and we couldn't. Is it down?
Thanks xippo, those were the guys I was thinking of. Millenium Man too is really good. 9: 30 est is 6:30 california time, right? well, if it is, I'll be there!!!

Even though I'm only mediocre on my good nights with you guys, the other day on another server, I actually got accused of "cheating" by a couple of the players! I was whipping them (4 players) pretty good (about 30 to 3) before they all left.
I guess I should have been flattered, but I actually felt kinda bad that they thought I really was cheating...

So I'm curious. No one yet has asked this that I've seen, and no one yet has volunteered anything about it. so here goes. First, does [MU] have a clan leader? Does clan [MU] have membership requirements(other than the obvious) or must you pass a test or something. Or can anyone on these boards join? Or perhaps do you guys ask people that you want to have join?

Just tell me when and where, and I'll try to be there.
Now that I just hit daylight savings time, I'm in GMT-0500 (aka US Central time). I can stay up late on the weekends, but I can't stay up as late on the weekdays.
Q. First, does [MU] have a clan leader?
A. No. The [MU] clan is a friendly clan, non competetive. There are no leadership challenges, no politics etc. Any UT server questions should be directed towards Haig, he set up the server.
Q. Does clan [MU] have membership requirements: No. If you wish to include the [MU] behind your name, please do. I guess the only requirement would be that you have a Matrox card inside your machine. heh.
I believe that the [MU] designation was to signify which players were [Matrox Users]. Matrox tech staff were used a different designation. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Players on the MGI server range from beginners to advanced and all players on the MGI server play purely for fun. And we do have a blast! Yesterday was complete mayhem. Woohoo! gg's to all yesterday.
See you there Dakkon
xippo aka Dr.Carnage
Sorry for repeating, you sneeked in before me.

[MU] has been around much longer than the Matrox server. We started it over a year ago, as a friendly "clan" for playing Q2 and TFC together. We had a few months where we played regular tuesday and saturday night TFC games...but it kinda dies off, and now me and Rags are about the only ones left who play that game
Someday, I'll get a better connection, and join in on the Matrox UT and Q3 server...but I can't stand playing lagged... so till then I'll just help Rags defend the [MU] name in the world of HL/TFC...
Core2 Duo E7500 2.93, Asus P5Q Pro Turbo, 4gig 1066 DDR2, 1gig Asus ENGTS250, SB X-Fi Gamer ,WD Caviar Black 1tb, Plextor PX-880SA, Dual Samsung 2494s
If we got too organized it would take the fun out of it for some and that's exactly what we want to avoid. It should be enjoyable for all of us.
As far as the [MU] goes it's for the MURC Forums (MatroxUsers). For awhile the Beta boyz used [BB] while playing UT on the Matrox Tech Server and the Matrox Employees played on the Blue team.
I've been using the [MU] again since I've been playing on other servers.
So xippo, I saw a [WW] in front of Dr. Carnage last night. who are they?????
