System Shock 2 under Win2000

Has anyone gotten SS2 to work under 2000?

Finally got around to installing it .. retail bought copy .. it installs fine and patches fine but after you start a new game and run through the intro it says:

"Video Hardware Not Supported"

The box plainly states the Matrox G200 is definitely supported. Using stock 2000 drivers. Am about to upgrade to 5.03..

Anyone?

Okay I tried the 5.03 drivers, which installed perfectly.

The game still doesn't work, exiting with the same error..

Install the latest SS2 patch, it´s suposedly win2k compatible.

Thanks Nuno, but I patched it already -- it was the first thing after installing. And I used the force NT parameter too..

Again, the game runs fine up until after the first movie sequence after you click NEW GAME, and then you get the "Video Hardware is not supported" error.

Anyone else?

It seems to be same problem I had with older Win9x drivers for the G400, so it's probably a driver issue. just wait until Matrox releases updated ones for Win2k.
