Daikatana won't install in Win2k

Has anyone been successful in installing Daikatana Demo under Win2k yet? Everytime I try, I get an error moving the file from the \temp\local position (error -113 I think). What is up with this? I'm logged in as administrator also. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem and i think it is because of the new temp directory filename.
I just unzipped the file manualy into another folder (via right klick) and voilá it worked..
