  • g200 d3d wrapper + quake

    greetings fellow matroxers.
    ive run into a problem. using the d3d wrapper (from the cd) and the latest matrox drivers (from matrox.com), im trying to run glquakeworld (0.98), and when i run quake, i get this white blotching stuff all over the screen.
    for eg: when you hold TAB in for the nicklist, all the entries are covered by white stuff... if i try running it without the d3d wrapper the wall textures are somewhat stuffed up (can post screenshot of that). if i try to take a screenshot with the d3d wrapper it shows up all black.

    also if i use the glide wrapper frame rates are fine (playing TF), until i get into an open area or an area with lots of action happening. then they drop down to 8-11fps
