Half-Life/Counterstrike autoexec.cfg

Anybody got a low latency autoexec.cfg for HL/CS they would like to share?I tried making one from tweak3d.net but i did something wrong and it trys to default back to software mode.

Depends on whether ur main cause of lag is video or connection related.

Assuming ur a 56k Modem user, this should improve your connection lag a bit...
(assuming u've already got ur connection set up right in Windows, that can yield far bigger improvements)

rate <connect speed in bps /10>
ie rate 4600 if u get a 46 kbps connect

pushlatency -180 (wont do anything to ping, but makes lag less noticeable)

MOST IMPORTANT
fps_modem 25 (if you leave this off you send data every frame, if you've got a fast comp this lags you horribly)

also try r_netgraph 1. If you get lots of yellow peaks in the graph you might want to decrease the fps_modem settings slightly.

If your getting mainly video lag I cant help you I'm afraid...
