Video2000 Benchmark program freezes

When I run Video2000...and start benchmarking everything is fine until I hit the DVD section (Line Flicker, Feathering, 3:2 Pulldown, Tearing) it freezes just after any tests...meaning...if I choose full benchmark...it'll freeze just rite after Line Flicker...anyone help?
