Win 2k G400 MAX w/ rainbow runner G

Hi, i have a P3 450 in a P3B-F, with 256 MB CAS-2, with IBM 22 GB 7200, PLextor 40x Scsi, Plextor 8/20 SCSI. I am running Win 98 SE, I want to upgrade to Win 2000 but am afraid of the performance hit in Quake and Half Life CS. Also, I have the rainbow runner G Series and would like to continue using it. So I would have to download the 5.06.031 drivers for Win 2000 instead of the 5.03 that everyone else has. Are these drivers bad? What differences do they make in performance, stabliilty, etc? Also, in my Asus P3B-f, does anyone know if it supports processors over 600. I want to buy a P3 750 but am afraid that my motherboard won't support it. thanks...

The drivers make no difference, but the video tools are early beta, I wouldn't switch to 2000 just yet, unless you want to dualboot.

With the latest BIOS the P3B-F will support PIII's upto about 850MHz AFAIK.
