I have completed the fed/rom/kling/borg missions. Where are the Omega ones?

ps.
I found loads of bugs in the intial release, updating with the patch fixed all of them.

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with ST: Armada. I can't finish the Starfleet Mission "Dark Omens".
The whole Borgs are eliminated and the whole Map is discoverd but the mission does not end.
There, were the Borg basis was, is a little green spot left. If you look with a ship after it you can't see anything but space. But if you only look on the mini-map and have no ship near the spot so that the Fog of War goes over it, there is a Box! Something is written on it, something like "002" but it is written "Upside down".
Any ideas? I really want to play this game!!!

No No, there is no ship! just a green spot as if there is "something".
Strange. Please help!!!

Try downloading the patch and replaying the mission. I had the same problem. If that doesn't work then just use the cheat to skip the level.

Well, I got through that mission no prob on my first try, and have not played it since. Then when I read your post, I tried it again, and I think I found your problem....GAME BUG

This time around, when I played this mission, I did not destroy all of the Borg. In fact, I captured several of them (including a Borg construction ship). I then built half of my fleet out of Borg. And I got the same problem you did...the mission would not complete (even after decommisioning all Borg ships and bases). I also had that one green dot at the bottom middle.

Then I ran the mission again. This time, I did not capture a single Borg. I just blew them all away.
The mission completed normally.

So....start the mission over, and blow em all away, and capture none of them...

Oh... and the first time I ran through this mission, it was on version 1.0, and this time, it was 1.1b. I don't think this is an issue...

Kruzin, have you now finished the game??

If so, could you give me some advice on the last mission. The borg just keep on coming. I don't know what to do, to slow them down.

Oracle-
He's talking about the FINAL mission, which is none of the above (fed, rom, kling, borg). After finishing the Borg missions, you get the "omega" missions.

Yea, I finished the game. That last mission is a bugger. Not much I can tell you, other than KILL THE BORG
If you play all defence, they will just keep coming. You need to go on the offensive more in the last mission than in the others...

But, I didn't capture any ship. And this is in Version 1.0 and in 1.1b. Strange, but i wil play it again, and again...and again...

After you finish the Borg missions, a fifth icon will show up on the main single player menu. Right in the middle of the screen there should ba an Omega particle that was not there before. There you will find the final 4 missions

btw, i hate what the update did to the Klingon shockwave - even though it did bring my system to a halt every time!
