      Hi Yall...
Good to hear most of you can play on Saturday...I just wanna let you guys know that most of the UBFs can play on Saturday...around 8:00PM PST...so it's the same time as the last two clan games... ....and about the maps...if it's possible, besides the usual Command, LavaGiant, Face...it would be really intense and cool if Haig can include FACEII and the likes...it's from the new Inoxx Map Pack...I look forward to seeing y'all...

oh and sorry Paul...but I really like LavaGiant too...hehehe

So the map list would be:

          Command
          LavaGiant
          Face
          Face II

          Anything else?

Haig, will you put the server onto a high desk this time (in case of a watermains breaking and flooding the joint), give it its own generator (in case of a general power failure) and give the janitor instructions on how to restart it, when it's down again?

                  Jord.

Edit: I'll promise not to steal your flag then when the photoshoot is on

Hey guys, if we can get together tonight for a little while to practice there are some tricks that Elyas and I have discovered that I think you might find rather intersting.
(ie, they'd be great to use against [UBF])

What time did you want to get together tonight, Ian? I'll definitely try to make it myself, right after I finish reapplying the patches and map packs to UT. I swapped my 6.4 and 15GB drives around, so that I can use the 15 for video captures. Unfortunately (or forunately, since I had so much excess junk there..) I had to format the drives and do the fdisk thing again. The 6.4 is now partitioned as 3GB/3+GB drives, with 98SE/UT on the 3GB part. I'm going to reinstall Win2K on the other partition, sometime in the next week.

Well, due to the fact that my college is small, it has the unfortunate side effect of not having an optional meal plan. So when I leave from work I have to go straight to the dining hall, cause I either eat when they serve food or I don't eat.

Anyway, so I'll be back in my room by 19:00 EST. I'll try and be on by 19:30 or so.(That depends largely on whether or not I get any stupid ideas in my head between now and then and do something stupid to break my computer. ) In particular, since Matrox has made a nice new BIOS available.... well, obviously I have to put it to use.

So, there are two maps that we discovered/created intersting tricks for. One for LavaGiant and one rather remarkable stunt for Face. Both involve hiding the flag.

So, whoever can make it I'll see you there!

                                Excuse me Pauly

And that other thread explains why in the end there were only 3 UBF's playing, something I thought was a little strange at the time.
