There should be an uninstaller that comes with the matrox drivers. I believe one came packaged with the win2k drivers...

And check your AGP Apecture size. Make sure it isnt at 4 mb.

did you finish reading the second link you showed us?

I don't quite get what "disables Direct 3D, while trying to play a 3D game" means, and what are the ways to solve it.
I mean Netmeeting is part of W2K.
When does it disable 3D?
