  • How do I determine if my G400 is overclocked?

Do you have to use a special software to overclock a G400 card? Thanks.

You have to use MGA Tweak, Matrox's Tweak Utility (that doesn't work with PD 6) or Power Strip.

There is one more way, reprograming the video bios, but that could be dangerous if you don't know what you're doing.

Do you want to overclock your card or do you want to know at what values is your card clocked now ?

I permanently overclocked my G400 through the BIOS, and in the information tab comes a 348Mhz RAMDAC, which proves that I was sucessful. But I´d like to be sure of the graphics clock speed that is now 146 Mhz. I don´t see difference in speed because I always had it overclocked. Isn´t there an utility that reports the card´s speeds, since MGA Tweak gives me only the deault values?
