G400 or G400 Max?

For games like SWAT 3, Rainbow Six, do I really need G400 Max, or G400 SH 32 MB is good enough?

I think a G400 32 Mb overclocked to Max speeds should be more than enough

I have the MaX and like it a lot. I recommend getting it despite the price, ( dunno the difference) if you want, overclock that... then the card will last you a while, when all the new games come out and slow things down for ya.
