  • are you having probs with 6.x drivers??

To anyone who's experiencing graphic corruption in games, with 6.X drivers installed, you could try checking for any opengl32.dll files (if they've been installed from using TurboGL) in the games directory(s) and renaming, which should force the game to refer to the standard ICD...

This solution was provided by Rags to me and worked 100% with Quake 2, after I was getting major psychedelic glitches with it:

"TurboGL was coded to work with 5.x
drivers, win98, and certain games. I believe you had the 6.x drivers on your system. These new drivers add
new calls and hooks that TurboGL doesn't know about, causing some problems with rendering. The ICD that is included with the 6.x drivers is pretty well optimized, almost to TGL type performance, and they
    are getting better, believe me."

Many thanks to Rags for helping me out.

I hope this info helps anyone out there who's getting frustrated...
