Game Server Survey

keep UT PLEASE I have played TFC on the server a few times but I have never ben able to be there when more than one or two people are playing. In fact usually when I check it there is no one there. The UT server has been like that to, which has been disappointing to me because that use to be my default server. I have met a lot of good people there and we still play on other servers together but it is not the same to me.

Hmm, the UT showing seems to be a little lacking. For myself anyway, I know that part of the reason that I haven't been playing on the MGI server lately is cause it's been set to DM. I still have a much greater preference for CTF. I would definately start showing up more again if it was changed back.

Haig, you could upload some new maps to the UT server. Like one depicting the inner sanctions of the Matrox Tech Support offices Server room included. Or would that be too big a hassle?

One suspects that the people clamouring for Elite Force (it's singular, dammit ) haven't played much of it multiplayer. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's a deathly boring multiplayer game once the Star Trek Novelty Factor (TM) wears off...

Although like ahartman, I'd probably play anything with you guys

I'll agree with ph0rk to a point.
The reason I don't play Q3 is it's kinda boring. Run, shoot...run, shoot.
After a couple of days of EF I was feeling what ph0rk stated...it was starting to feel ols and boring quick. Then I played it for a couple more days...got used to the weapons (especially their secondary shots)...played some team DM and CTF (not to fond of the few currently available CTF maps)...and now I'm hooked. The weapons are better than Q3's, the maps and charators are more interesting (always been a trekker), and once you learn the maps, there are definate strategies to them. Hopefully there will be some good mods devoloped for this game. It's definatly better than the Q3 it's based on...
