FPS, online and offline, why do they drop?

I just installed the Revision 6.10.013 drivers and they kicked my FPS up to almost
80FPS, but when I go online they drop down to around 35FPS why is that? Do I have something not config in UT, or is it just my connect?

Could be your maxFPS setting in the config file?! Don't have UT so I don't know its settings.
