The Sonic series (right now I am re-playing Sonic 2 on a Sega Mega Drive emulator, with a TV connected on the second head for authentic look, full screen 2x antialiasing on and it looks better than the original running at 50 fps - gotta love those dualhead cards...)
Marvel vs Capcom 2 - a Dreamcast version of an arcade hit, it is absolutely stunning, probably the best arcade fighter ever. And there's Spiderman in it, too! I like those games, sadly there is not enough emulators (with the possible exception of MAME and KI).
And of course, the dreaded Pokemon... curious I tried it and found that it is suprisingly good RPG. And one can play it anywhere.

My all time favorite would have to be Everquest. I haven't had a game draw me in so much ever.

At varying times
Donkey Kong (in the early eighties at high school)
Section Z by Capcom (Nintendo 1987) I was the first in my area to beat it hehehe
Since 3D games started I loved MDK (hated Wolfenstein, Doom, and all the Quakes, made me nauseous, quickly)
Right now its Fifa2000 and UnrealTournament (which only makes me nauseous after several hours) and GT2.
