Emulation+g400

Hey everyone, i was just wondering what the best emulator would be for playing N64 roms with the g400...i have a few different emulators but it seems to be difficult to find the right format of rom to use with the right emulator, and even then they dont always work.....opinions welcome....

Best N64 emulator by far is UltraHLE.
Now we all know that it is a Glide program but with your G400 you can use a Glide Wrapper.The best one for me is the XGl200(optimized for G200 ).I can play any game supported from UltraHLE with full speed at 1024x768x32bit (Zelda anyone ).But again i've got a pretty fast CPU .
For a DirectX Emulator try Nemu64 or TRWin but i find their gfx emulations not so good.
Now if only we had a UltraHLE with OpenGL support(i think i heard some rumors about it).

Ok, Alessandro, how do i get that wrapper to work??? I downloaded it and placed the glide2x.dll in my rom path, but i still get 'error loading' when i try to load ANY of my roms...i cant even get them loaded, never mind play them. I know they work bcoz i tried them with another emu, nEMU, and they worked fine. Can you give me some instruction on how to use this 2 software together??? Thanks for the help

First use the XGl200 configurator and use the g200 option as a gfx card.
The error problem is nothing(its a bug).
Just got to Unlock under Emulation in the UltraHLE and the next time you will load a rom it will work(or else unlock again).

Hey man, i tried that and i still get an 'error loading'...do i need to do anything else?? where should i put the glide2x.dll file?? what about the configurator? Sorry to ask so many questions man, i know my computer stuff....just not emu stuff...please be more specific if you can, im not getting any results following what you said, thanks

First reinstall UltraHLE.
Second the glide2x.dll sould be in the same directory with the wrapper and UltraHLE.
Try to open the rom more than one time and use also reset and Unlock.
Finally go to the official UtraHLE help page at http://www.emuunlim.com/UltraHLP/ .
