I can't get this config to run half life for love nor money....if you can help, please do...

secondly, it would be nice to post more specs,

plus, tell us what the exact problem is, when does it freeze? can you get the menu to come up? are you trying opengl or d3d?

if you give us more info you are almost likely to get a useful answer...
