Best gaming drivers for Win 98 SE?

Can I understand from this thread that you consider pd 5.41 to be the best for ut (Im using 6.10)?

If so how do you go about combining this with a more recent icd?

I've been playing with driver configs for use with Half-Life TFC, and I've found the most effective so far seems to be the 6.10 drivers with TurboGL 1.3
This gives me at least 10fps more reported using "Net_graph 3" than 6.21 and no TGL.
I tried 5.52 and TGL1.3 and Half-Life didnt even load the game.
THe 6.21 drivers also corrupted HL running in D3D mode. When the "you are connecting" screen scrolled off, it left a trail in its wake that didnt clear.
