I just bought mk trilogy (Hey...it was dirt cheap, + I have never played it).
It doesn't work, because uvconfig is not updated to support a G400 MAX. When it attempts to auto detect the vid. card, it doesn't do anything. I was just wondering whether anybody else has this game and has the same problem, and whether it can be fixed.

Isn't uvconfig some vesa driver package? You can download vesa drivers (tsr dos driver) for Matrox cards from the Matrox site (I think in the 3rd party program section).

The problem is that the SciTech universal VESA drivers are "built-in" to the program. And it won't detect newer cards.

Unless the publisher has released an updated version of the game, you are pretty much SOL, although you could try installing SciTech's "Display Doctor" for windows - although that might do more harm than good.
