need help setting up my G400

I need some help setting up my G400 card. I run Nascar4 with it, but the game constantly locks up in graphics intense screens. I used wintune to check out how well my system is working, and the Direct3D primary is running at 41% compared to the benchmark system. I've got a P3 600 with 128M ram and the 32M G400. Others have had the same problem and have fixed it by tweaking the bios. My question is: how do you do that?

You need to start off by giving us a complete listing of all hardware in your system, and what OS you are running.
Include a full listing of you IRQ assignments
(right click on "my computer", select properties, go to the device manager tab, double click on the "computer" icon at the top of the list).
