afaik, it never happened, but was announced before it was released for the first time ...

I know that the programmers are lazy when it comes to optimizations, the game was optimized for SSE only because intel shipped a person out to do it. They said the only way 3dnow would be optimized is if AMD did the same. Grrrr.......

Lazy $!@##@! programmers.... (I give credit to the head guy for the game design, whatever his name is, but a failing grade on technology usage)
