ONI gaming problems

Running ONI: In the option menu the mousepointer jagges and when i start a new game the graphic jagges even more. Its like when you don´t have enought processor power.I think it is the OpenGL driver that sucks (the only falure Matrox suffers) please help me!
Hardware: PIII 650, G400, 256ram, IBM 46Gb, EWS 64.
