Amish, had the same problems. Try playing it while you are connected to the Net. WMP needs to d/l the codec. Wulfman too had the same problem, you could try to check for updates ... or something. Anyway, wulf solved the problem, but neither he nor I know what made WMP d/l the codec.
I could tell you this : close WMP, connect to the Net, then doubleclick the file (or open WMP and the file), and hopefully the d/l will start ...
